Items of interest:

There will be four task forces moving forward made up of board members and congregants to work towards goals within the strategic plan. These forces are: Welcoming and Engagement, Identifying Key Staffing, Communications, and Preserving Conservative Judaism in Rochester. 

Each of the task forces will be overseen by a board member and have a member of staff present. All forces are under one large steering commission, led by Bobbi Feldman and comprised of the heads of each task force and Executive Director Debbie Zeger. 

The goals that are in the strategic plan were created after large congregational surveys and presented to the Farash Foundation. Temple Beth El received a large grant that is propelling these initiatives.
