Board Meeting Highlights: December

Strategic Plan Update: All task forces are in motion and have tangible plans for heading forward. Some high points– all committees have met, the engagement committee was excited to volunteer at the Hanukkah party, and we should keep an eye out for news on a volunteer database coming out soon. 

Kiddush on Saturday will be exciting! Men’s Club will be holding their first “Getting to Know Our Members” talking featuring Silvana Bacman. 

We have some new ideas that our members learned at the USCJ conference– such as small group study opportunities, Kiddush get together questions, and how we can make everyone feel loved here at TBE. Stay tuned and keep an eye out for new initiatives in the new year.
