Adela will talk about life in post-war Czechoslovakia. Adela’s family were Holocaust survivors but remained behind the iron curtain after the war. When Communism ended, she was only fifteen. She eventually emigrated to the U.S. Learn about the journey that brought her to Rochester and her family’s story of surviving both the war and the Communist regime that affected their lives.
