Havdalah (הַבְדָּלָה) [HA-V-DAH-LAH] (NOUN): Havdalah is a ceremony that marks the end of Shabbat (weekly), or a Yom Tov (holiday). It involves wine, light, and spices.
Although the sabbath is considered ended when there are 3 stars in the sky, we can do this beautiful ceremony to inspire us during the weekdays too.
