In his various roles, Maj. (res) Gadi Perl has seen up close many fronts in the struggle to keep Israel secure, democratic, and a welcoming home for every kind of Jew. In sharing with us his take on the interdependency of Israel and the Diaspora and the common fate we all share, Gadi will talk about how seemingly separate struggles are indeed part of one singular struggle for a Jewish future, and the important, urgent role American Jews need to play in helping shape that future.
