Hadassah Medical Organization Call to Giving
October 12, 2023
As Operation Iron Swords is being waged in Israel, Hadassah Medical Organization (HMO) is on the front lines with our soldiers and civilians, saving lives in our trauma and emergency centers. The recent escalation of conflict has placed immense strain on our healthcare system, and the need for emergency equipment is now critical. As of today, more than 2,500 casualties have been treated in Israel’s hospitals.
HMO is a critical medical lifeline, and in this hour, here is how we are helping:
In all, the scope of the injuries and destruction is difficult to overstate: Every Israeli family is impacted. Our operating rooms are facing an unprecedented surge in critically-injured patients. The shortage of essential emergency equipment puts patients’ lives at risk. Your gift right now could not be more effective.
Every donation helps. Hadassah Hospital has long been a beacon of hope and healing in Jerusalem, providing exceptional medical care to people from all walks of life, regardless of their background or circumstances. Since the start of Operation Iron Swords, the drawdown of essential emergency equipment is putting patients and medical staff at risk. Now is the time to join our mission. All donations are being matched up to $1 million.
