7:30 to 11 p.m.

Friends and fine art will come together December 1 for a casually chic community event at Temple Beth El in Rochester.

The evening opens at 7:30 p.m. with a preview of a wide variety of affordable fine art that will be auctioned beginning at 8:30 p.m. The art works—priced from $50 to $5,000—are being provided by Marlin Art, of Deer Park, Suffolk County, which conducts more than 500 art auctions each year for nonprofit organizations around the world.

Among the artists featured are Neiman, Peter Max, Tarkay, Boulanger, Chagall, Dorit Levi, Agam, and Alvar.

Guests will also be treated to fine wines, elegant desserts, and music, and will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a variety of special prizes.

Tickets are only $25 at the door.

The event, which benefits Temple Beth El, is open to the public.
